Description
• As a Sr E-Commerce Merchandising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in curating and optimizing the online shopping experience for our customers • You will own the revenue targets for our E-Commerce (non-subscription) business • Your primary focus will be on maximizing revenue and customer satisfaction by optimizing e-commerce assortment merchandising and running effective promotional campaigns
Requirements
• 5-7 years of specific experience in e-commerce merchandising in fragrance, beauty, fashion or lifestyle product space • Demonstrated success in driving sales, optimizing product assortment, and enhancing the online shopping experience. • Expertise in developing and executing promotional and pricing strategies to maximize revenue while protecting profitability and remaining competitive in the market. • Proficiency in using analytics tools and e-commerce platforms to track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales, conversion rates, and average order value. • A strong understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and the ability to create customer-centric strategies in the fragrance space. • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey strategies and results to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, aligning efforts with broader business strategies. • Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker, Netsuite, Commerce Tools a plus
