β€’ Analyze, pitch, and project manage implementation of key new Sales funnel processes β€’ Manage and analyze revenue data to provide actionable insights and reports β€’ Continuously identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement β€’ Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making

Requirements

β€’ At least 1-2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations and/or Sales Operations β€’ Experience partnering with Sales teams to implement new changes β€’ Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms β€’ Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from complex datasets β€’ Basic understanding of SQL and data manipulation β€’ Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Proven track record of driving operational improvements and efficiencies through CRM and system enhancements. β€’ Preferred Experience with Sales and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Gong, etc.) β€’ Experience working directly in Hubspot and integrations with other tooling β€’ Experience designing sales compensation structures
