Description

• Analyze, pitch, and project manage implementation of key new Sales funnel processes • Manage and analyze revenue data to provide actionable insights and reports • Continuously identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making

Requirements

• At least 1-2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations and/or Sales Operations • Experience partnering with Sales teams to implement new changes • Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms • Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from complex datasets • Basic understanding of SQL and data manipulation • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment. • Proven track record of driving operational improvements and efficiencies through CRM and system enhancements. • Preferred Experience with Sales and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Gong, etc.) • Experience working directly in Hubspot and integrations with other tooling • Experience designing sales compensation structures
