📋 Description
• We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our marketing technology initiatives. • In this role, you will identify and implement MarTech tools that enhance our subscription offerings, drive customer engagement, and support data-driven decision-making. • The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on experience building and scaling MarTech stacks, and a proven ability to improve marketing outcomes through technology.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a MarTech-focused role. • Hands-on experience building or scaling martech stacks for high-growth subscription services. • Strong knowledge of marketing automation, landing page platforms and customer engagement tools. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data sets. • Ability to work with APIs and data integrations across martech platforms. • Understanding of analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies. • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital campaign tracking. • Familiarity with modern frameworks like CDPs and data pipelines. • Experience managing data governance and ensuring privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). • Strong technical literacy to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Experience in change management, fostering a technology-friendly environment, and driving adoption of new tools and practices.
