• Seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to build a world-class recruiting function at Scribe • Focus on Go-To-Market roles while collaborating across all parts of the business • Identify, source and engage talent through diverse methods • Own hiring manager relationships and improve processes across recruiting • Develop understanding of Scribe’s business and culture • Design and execute recruiting plans with hiring teams • Manage pipeline activity and provide data-driven recommendations • Influence leaders and educate hiring managers on best practices • Manage the candidate experience while demonstrating judgment and empathy • Speak passionately about Scribe’s mission, business, and culture • Work with leadership to build a world-class Talent Brand

Requirements

• Full-cycle recruiting experience in a SaaS environment, with a primary focus on hiring for Go-to-Market talent • A total of 6+ years of experience with a minimum of 2 years of in-house experience at a Series B, C, or later-stage SaaS startup. • Previous recruitment agency experience • Demonstrable skills at behavioral interviewing, assessment and influencing • Successful at engaging and closing all levels of candidates • Thrive in a data-driven recruiting environment • Knowledge of ATS systems and candidate sourcing tools (Greenhouse preferred) • Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills, strong time-management abilities and a sense of urgency
