Description
• Calculate wages based on hours worked and administer payments. • Gather information on hours worked for each employee. • Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. • Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system. • Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors.
Requirements
• Experience as payroll specialist. • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices. • Knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field. • Written and speaking proficiency in French. • Strong English communication skills. • Ability to assess user’s situations, wishes and needs. • Analytical thinking & problem-solving skills. • Able to handle complaints and challenging customers. • Team player who can work efficiently and independently. • Open to learn and have new experiences.
