📋 Description

• Critically understand the Global Pricing team’s operations, systems and business objectives. • Translate inputs from the users of Pricing systems to create Business and Functional requirement documentation including process and system diagrams. • Development of use cases for Pricing business issues and translate them into IT test cases. • Interact extensively with Pricing team, Seagate internal IT, outside vendors to enhance user experience. • Provide ongoing training and documentation on Pricing systems for user base. • Provide and present ongoing status updates in the form of project roadmaps. • Create and direct Change Management efforts for user adoption of enterprise solutions. • Ensure solution designs meet business user needs and objectives. • Drive cross-functional and cross-regional teams to meet agreed timelines for IT projects and programs.
