📋 Description

• SmithRx is a rapidly growing, venture-backed Health-Tech company. • Our mission is to disrupt the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) sector by building a next-generation drug acquisition platform. • The Senior Proposals Pricing Analyst will help drive growth and sustain the needs of our business. • Participate in proposal and customer onboarding processes. • Conduct claims analysis, create deliverables, and develop dashboards to assist teams in illustrating the SmithRx value proposition. • Interface with internal teams to provide savings and disruption insights for clients. • Independently ascertain how to query the necessary data from large data sets and generate ad hoc analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years professional experience in an Analytics role at a pharmacy benefit manager • Strong analytical skills – ability to work with data and develop key insights • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and fast-growing business environment • Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Adobe, Tableau, and Looker • Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously • High attention to detail and quality of output in a fast-paced business environment • Ability to collaborate constructively and positively with teammates and partners, even under the stress of a fast-paced business environment
