Description

• Plan, implement and evaluate all business and financial operations for Destination & Surgical service line teams • Collaborate with VP and Division leaders to develop and implement strategic planning • Provide in-depth knowledge and data support to clinic leaders to analyze staffing, non-labor expenditure • Serve as a mentor and provide leadership to practice advisors and practice managers • Provide leadership for management and project support to the Vice Presidents, Sr. Directors and Directors

Requirements

• MBA, MHA or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of five years experience supporting health care finance and business systems • Demonstrated experience leading teams and process and/or systems improvements • Experience in analyzing and interpreting clinical or financial data to develop, and integrate information into presentations and visual systems for decision making • Expert ability to develop data tools, conduct analysis and present actionable information • Experience with statistical analysis and modeling to support proforma and business plan development • Preferred: Experience in managing complex data systems with analysis responsibilities • Preferred: Experience using benchmarking data and tools • Preferred: Experience supporting ambulatory or provider practice services • Preferred: Revenue cycle experience and understanding • Preferred: Epic Electronic Health Record experience and understanding
