📋 Description

•Second Front Systems (2F) is seeking a motivated Technical Writer to support our Game Warden Product team. •We are a fast-growing entrepreneurial team working at the convergence of technology and national security. •The work will be dynamic and wide-ranging supporting Product Managers and Engineers in the technical documentation of our current product, Game Warden, and potential future product developments. •Note: This position requires U.S. citizenship due to government contract requirements.

🎯 Requirements

•5+ years of experience creating product documentation for technical software solutions, preferably in DevSecOps, cloud-based platforms, or government compliance tools. •Familiarity with concepts like DevSecOps, CI/CD Pipelines, Kubernetes, Cloud Platforms, REST APIs and Microservices, and Infrastructure as Code •Ability to work closely with engineers, UX designers, and product managers in a fast-paced, agile environment. •Proficiency with content management systems, version control systems (like Git), and documentation tools such as Confluence. •Ability to write with precision, ensuring clarity and accuracy of technical details. •A self-starter with a proactive mindset who isn't afraid to take initiative and suggest improvements. •Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non technical stakeholders; translating complex technical information into clear business terms for stakeholders. •Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment. •Intimacy driving projects from inception to execution in an ambiguous environment with a lean and incremental approach.
