📋 Description
• Assist mid-market and enterprise sales teams with customer management and expectations. • Conduct technical presentations and demos for prospects, tailored to audience. • Provide Proof of Concept service to customers/prospects. • Provide training to channel partners and respond to technical inquiries. • Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. • Assist with sales proposals and RFPs/RFIs. • Contribute to building/improving the SE Readiness Program. • Willing to travel regionally for customer facing activities and events. • Channel feature requests to Product Management. • Participate in alliance projects and build relationships.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering recommended. • MCP – Microsoft Certified Professional is an asset. • Linux/Solaris/UNIX System Administration is an asset. • Azure/GCP/AWS Certification is an asset. • Minimum 5+ years of industry experience, 1-2 within a pre-sales environment required. • Current or prior Sales Engineering and/or professional services experience preferred. • Experience with Microsoft software and systems, specifically Active Directory, Windows platforms. • Experience with Linux platforms. • Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), SSL, X509 is an asset. • Experience with Public Cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS) is an asset. • Experience with scripting in various languages against REST APIs is an asset. • Ability and availability to travel, must be able to travel more than 35% of the time.
