Description

β€’ Collaborate with the Account Executives to drive outbound growth within the region, targeting primarily Director, VP and C level executives. β€’ Qualify leads from marketing campaigns to uncover sales opportunities. β€’ Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and other sales mediums. β€’ Analyze customer personas and target audience demographics to compile lists of potential leads to contact. β€’ Develop and implement email campaigns to attract new leads. β€’ Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives. β€’ Manage data in Salesforce.com and Outreach/Salesloft, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate.

Requirements

β€’ A track record exceeding quota as an individual contributor. β€’ At least 2-3 years of experience in an outbound prospecting capacity. β€’ Well versed in sales generation and lead qualification with a hungry, persistent, positive style. β€’ Strong written and verbal skills. β€’ Highly self-motivated and hardworking with a strong sense of personal initiative. β€’ Comfortable juggling multiple assignments and working without a lot of direct supervision.
