β€’ Company Overview: Join Securly, Inc., the leader in K-12 student safety and wellness. β€’ Job Summary: Working remotely as an Implementation Engineer and reporting to the Manager of Implementation and Training Services at Securly, you'll combine your technical knowledge, project management skills, and communication abilities to deploy and integrate our EdTech solutions in K-12 schools. β€’ Key Responsibilities: Lead Technical Implementation. β€’ Collaborate with School IT Teams. β€’ Technical Support. β€’ Implementation Assistance. β€’ Provide Ongoing Support. β€’ Conduct Training Sessions. β€’ Documentation. β€’ Feedback Loop.

Requirements

β€’ Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software systems, databases, and networking, with proven skills in diagnosing and resolving issues. β€’ Communication and Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams, and to clearly present complex information. β€’ Customer Service: Ability to build strong client relationships, provide excellent service, and resolve conflicts effectively. β€’ Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion with a high degree of accuracy. β€’ Resiliency and Adaptability: Ability to stay determined and flexible in the face of challenges, with a commitment to continuous learning. β€’ Team Collaboration: Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and take charge of projects with minimal supervision. β€’ Analytical Thinking: Strong skills in analyzing data and feedback to improve implementations and processes.
