• Proven success in building and scaling GTM analytics functions in high-growth environments • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM and marketing automation platforms • Strong knowledge of AWS/Redshift, ETL processes, and data pipeline management • Excellence in presenting to C-level stakeholders and driving strategic decisions • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience • Deep understanding of GTM functions and their unique challenges • Track record of implementing successful data governance frameworks
