Description

• Provide risk mitigation services to multiple clients • Participate in development and delivery of risk control service plans • Facilitate risk mitigation methods, procedures, and programs • Serve as liaison to colleagues and clients • Inspect workplaces and work sites for safety violations • Communicate loss reports, presentations, analyses, and counsel • Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures • Participate in development of new business and client retention

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Safety, Business Administration, or related field preferred • Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST), Certified Loss Control Specialist (CLCS), or Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) preferred • Valid driver's license required • 6 years of related risk services experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Knowledge of OSHA 1910 and 1926 CFR • Good oral and written communication skills • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products • Good organizational and interpersonal skills • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
