Execute performance marketing strategy aligned with Seeds overall goals • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns • Oversee allocation of performance marketing budget • Utilize data-driven insights for marketing decisions • Implement A/B testing and experimentation • Support marketing analytics and attribution projects • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities • Collaborate with influencer program • Serve as POC and Seed SME on strategy execution • Proficient with web analytics tools
🎯 Requirements
7+ years of Growth Marketing with experience in the health tech and/or CPG space • Proven track record of developing and overseeing a large scale Acquisition program • Exceptional analytical skills • Strategic thinker and problem solver • Highly effective communicator and collaborator • Knowledge of the performance media landscape • Bias towards analytics and measurement • Comfort in serving as a representative of Seed • Ability to work with finance teams • Ability to communicate complex information clearly • Willing to write ad copy and conduct performance analysis
