You have 8+ years of experience in a performance marketing role with 5+ years of experience focused on Amazon.•You’ve owned a six-figure-plus monthly Amazon Ads budget for a large, omni-channel CPG brand(s).•You are an Amazon media maestro with a track record of scaling campaigns using multiple Amazon Ads products, including but not limited to Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon DSP, Amazon Attribution, and Amazon Marketing Cloud. Experience with Amazon Streaming TV preferred.•You have a deep understanding of how Amazon Ads products work together to drive performance, as well as the ability to clearly model attribution across these products.•You are a highly effective communicator with the ability to break down complex strategies into clear, actionable plans and measurable results.•You have experience collaborating with cross functional stakeholders (such as creative, product marketing, and data analytics teams) to improve performance outcomes.•You are a self-starter who is deeply curious about Amazon and the broader retail media landscape.•The ideal candidate may also have experience managing additional retail media networks, Google, Meta, or managing other growth marketing programs for Amazon (such as an influencer or affiliate program).•Technical Skills: Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, Amazon Attribution, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and Excel/Google Sheets expertise are a must.
