Requirements

• 5+ years of digital producer experience in an agency setting(required) • Strong time management skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment , juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously • Experience leading multi-disciplinary creative teams, freelancers and vendors • Extensive knowledge of diverse digital design assets, including wireframes, UI elements, design systems, logos, graphics, social media content, and motion animation • Ability to work with creative teams to translate ideas into actionable plans • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies, integrating cutting-edge innovations like Generative AI into the creative process to consistently bring fresh ideas to producing and project delivery • Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma Expert in project management tools such as Wrike, Monday, AirTable, etc.

Benefits

• $75,000-$102,000/year - Your final offered compensation will be determined by your skills and experience • Evaluation of comp at least once a year • Benefit highlights
