• Self Financial is a venture-backed, high-growth FinTech company focused on economic inclusion and financial resilience by empowering people to build credit and build savings. • As a key member of the Lifecycle Marketing Team, you will craft and execute strategies to retain users and enhance engagement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, with a strong focus on email, SMS, and push marketing. • Proven track record in building complex lifecycle programs within marketing automation platforms (experience with Braze is a plus). • Expertise in A/B testing methodologies and driving KPI improvement. • Strong experience in consumer journey mapping, with the ability to build intricate user segments and trigger logic. • Basic HTML knowledge to ensure email templates are responsive and functional across all devices. Most work is done in native template builders. • A data-obsessed mindset, collaborating with analytics teams for deeper insights while not being fearful of creating Tableau and Excel reports • A BS degree or equivalent experience; an MS degree is a plus.
