Description

• Develop and implement strategic plans to effectively source and create partnerships with MGAs, carriers, top 100 agencies and large insurance networks to achieve sales targets and revenue goals • Become an expert on our platform and the many products available to address client inquiries and effectively communicate our value proposition. • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management on territory performance, market trends, and opportunities for optimization and growth. • Travel to conferences and directly to clients to help build relationships and evangelize our platform’s capabilities

Requirements

• 7-10 years of related experience, preferably at least partially at an insurtech • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Stellar networking skills, preferably with an existing network of agents and MGAs/wholesalers to tap into • Proven ability to work remotely and seamlessly with multiple internal teams • Clear examples of the ability to close 6 figure deals
