📋 Description
• SentiLink is on the hunt for a full-cycle Technical Recruiter! • Responsible for Engineering and Data Science recruiting, leveraging deep understanding of tech roles and markets. • Build a diverse pipeline of candidates leveraging LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing methods. • Conduct thorough discovery with hiring managers to align on ideal candidate profile.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years experience full-cycle recruiting at a startup or high-growth technology company • Experience working with an ATS and other related platforms, preferably Ashby, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter • Proven ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive hiring goals • Travel ~6 times per year for company-wide meetups, team off-sites, and industry events or conferences • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States
