•Senior Sales Enablement/Proposal Writer •Serefin is passionate about creating exceptional client experiences across Serefin Health, Serefin Experiences, and Serefin Travel. •This role is pivotal in supporting our sales efforts through the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, and sales enablement materials. •The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in sales enablement, proposal writing, and presentation development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality content that resonates with clients and drives business growth.

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). •10+ years of experience in sales enablement, proposal writing, and/or presentation development within [industry/sector]. •Proven ability to craft compelling narratives and messages tailored to different audience segments. •Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders effectively. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy. •Fluency in Arabic is considered a strong asset. •Knowledge of general operational concepts to support bringing customers on board •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with proposal management tools •Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) is a plus. •Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
