• We are seeking a Senior VIP Manager to help us build a loyalty program around our dedicated player community. • You will be responsible for building a strategic plan that identifies, engages, and nurtures this key demographic on the networks they are most comfortable on. • As the Senior VIP Manager, you will be the voice of our brand to players and the voice of the players internally, advocating for improvements that improve their player experience. • You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, content, and player support teams to ensure our community remains active, passionate, and well-served. • Develop and execute strategies to engage, grow, and retain a passionate gaming community to maximize player lifetime value. • Create strong, authentic, and trusted relationships with our VIP players, providing them with personalized support and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. • Manage the creation of engaging content tailored for social media, forums, Discord, and other community channels. • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the player community, responding to feedback and facilitating discussions. • Organize and moderate online and in-person community events, including live streams, Q&A sessions, and community challenges. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align community engagement efforts with broader brand initiatives. • Partner with influencers, ambassadors, and content creators to amplify community reach and impact. • Monitor player sentiment and provide actionable insights to internal teams, ensuring community feedback is integrated into product and marketing decisions. • Assist in the development of support strategies alongside the player support team to maintain a positive player experience. • Keep up-to-date with gaming industry trends, emerging community management techniques, and best practices in player engagement.
• 7+ years of experience in community management, social media, or related roles in the gaming industry. • Strong proficiency in community platforms such as Discord, Reddit, TikTok, and social media. • Ability to analyze community sentiment, engagement metrics, and player behavior to inform strategy. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to foster player relationships. • Experience working with influencers, ambassadors, and content creators to expand community reach. • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player communities. • Strong interest in generative AI and its applications in community engagement. • Interest in storytelling and creating engaging narratives. • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, player support, and development, to advocate for community needs.
