Description
• Serverfarm is a leading developer and operator of data centers in North America, Western Europe, and Israel, and has key customer relationships with rapidly growing hyperscale, technology and network customers. • The Field Services Engineer will provide full life-cycle support to data centers from design inception through site improvement and maintenance. • You will be the ‘go-to’ engineering resource for your region when technical advice is needed. • Utilizing your subject matter expertise, you will engage with diverse teams to ensure our data centers operate at peak efficiency and reliability.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent training in a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center design, engineering, and maintenance, or equivalent Military experience in a mission critical environment. • Strong troubleshooting skills with a track record of resolving complex technical issues. • Proven experience in conducting Root Cause Analysis and creating Corrective Action documentation. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience in developing and implementing innovative solutions in data centers or equivalent Mission Critical environments. • Ability to travel to various data center locations as required.
