Description

• As the Software/Hardware Integration Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and aligning the various teams involved in developing the next generation of our robots. • You’ll collaborate closely with various teams as well as other internal and external partners, to ensure seamless delivery of cutting-edge robotic solutions. • Your role will focus on bridging communication between teams, managing dependencies, and removing obstacles to keep the project moving efficiently towards production. • You’ll also lead the Program Review, driving process improvements both in the current phase and for future hardware cycles. • Additionally, you will serve as a key point of contact for various teams, ensuring their priorities are addressed.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and/or 5+ years relevant experience in robotics or similar hardware • 7+ years of Technical or Engineering Program Management experience • Experience managing programs involving Software integration with new Hardware development • Experience with Systems Engineering principles • Experience with Test and validation • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills • Experience with multiple development methodologies, including agile and waterfall • Experience using Jira and other program management tools • Understanding of hardware/software bring-up of distributed systems, managing project dependencies, and negotiating parallel activities to optimize project execution • Proven track record with software development project planning, progress tracking, and risk management
