Description

• Responsible for directing Sales Managers engaged in selling Managed Services and hardware. • Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to ensure achievement of company objectives. • Drive revenue within existing customer base and new prospects. • Promote maximum utilization of CRM for success, including accurate data forecasting. • Engage in sound business practices by measuring decisions against core company objectives. • Determine and monitor Sales Manager’s performance indicators.

Requirements

• Experience in Sales Director or equivalent role preferred • Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of responsibility • Experience leading teams selling IT solutions or services such as, Managed Services, Cloud Services, External storage, Virtual Tape Libraries, or Security preferred • Experience leading teams selling Power Systems and IBM i products and services preferred • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels
