Description

β€’ The Enterprise Sales Manager leads a team of professional Enterprise Account Managers to achieve and exceed their sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with existing enterprise clients. β€’ This role drives the incremental growth of the existing Fortune 1000 accounts, overseeing the strategic direction of the team, and ensuring the alignment of sales efforts with overall business goals. β€’ This role has the unique ability to shape the growth of key accounts, deliver on sales targets and enhance the customer experience in a dynamic fast-paced environment. β€’ Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Managers, providing ongoing coaching, training, and performance management to help them exceed their targets. β€’ Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute a sales strategy focused on the growth of existing Fortune 1000 accounts, leveraging a consultative sales approach. β€’ Identify opportunities for incremental revenue growth and ensure that each Enterprise Account Manager is actively expanding business within their assigned accounts. β€’ Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders at Fortune 1000 accounts to understand their evolving business needs and deliver tailored solutions. β€’ Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership regarding the performance of your team, customer satisfaction, and market trends. β€’ Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts, develop targeted initiatives, and ensure successful client outcomes. β€’ Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure targets are met and opportunities are properly prioritized. β€’ Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to continuously improve sales processes and techniques within your team.

Requirements

β€’ Experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role β€’ Experience managing or leading a high-performing sales team, preferably in the B2B space targeting Fortune 1000 clients β€’ Proven track record of managing existing accounts and growing incremental revenue β€’ Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles β€’ Ability to create and implement sales strategies specifically related to large enterprise accounts
