Description

• Build and manage contingent workforce program in collaboration with key internal stakeholders. • Develop policies, auditing, and managing existing vendors. • Contribute to setting up new operational entities in international locations. • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with international laws. • Evaluate and select vendors that align with the company’s strategic goals and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field • At least 5 years of proven experience in contingent workforce management and global business expansion • Strong understanding of international business practices and legal/regulatory environments (including a robust understanding of worker classification) • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams • Experience working with PEOs and managing global employment solutions • Ability to interpret contracts • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
