Description

• Responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding of Aspire Software within client’s technical environments. • Engage customers at all levels to ensure successful implementation of Aspire functions. • Build strong customer relationships and manage resources to meet project timelines. • Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and development efforts with internal engineering and customer teams. • Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery. • Contribute to the internal knowledge base and share lessons learned with other resources. • Communicate progress in the onboarding process to the Main Power User and address concerns related to achieving milestone goals. • Escalate deployment concerns to the Director of Client Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required. • 4+ years’ experience in the landscaping or janitorial industry. • Project Management experience is strongly preferred. • Strong written communication skills, including development of project plans and summary reports. • Strong verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to clearly present complex ideas in ways that end-user audiences understand. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Professional approach, rapid learner, and a self-starter attitude. • Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work within a variety of situations across all levels of management.
