📋 Description
• Manage DEI Programs and Enablement for ServiceTitan • Serve as the Employee Resource Group (ERG) ambassador • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to ERGs and executive sponsors • Support ERG organizational transformation work in collaboration with leaders • Define key metrics, track outcomes, and report on inclusion program impacts • Develop L&D resources for ERG Executive Sponsors • Coordinate cultural heritage events and DEI L&D experiences
🎯 Requirements
• Previous work experience in DEI and/or L&D • Strong project management skills to handle complex projects simultaneously • Experience driving data-driven programs • Comfortable with designing success metrics, analyzing and reporting on data, and communicating business value • Strong written and verbal communicator • Ability to work across different functions and build relationships with stakeholders and champions • Self-starter motivated by the opportunity to create, implement, and grow new programs • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking, re-prioritizing projects, and communicating priority updates to stakeholders • Ability to demonstrate awareness and understanding of multiple facets of diversity: cultural, ethnic, racial, religious, gender, educational, age, sexual orientation, sexual identity, and others
