β€’ American farmers are modernizing their back-office operations with Seso's platform. β€’ Seso aims to streamline hiring and management for agribusiness. β€’ The Customer Success Manager increases product adoption and fosters customer relationships. β€’ You'll manage a territory and serve as the main contact for key stakeholders. β€’ Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Operations for customer success.

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of customer success experience in a fast-paced environment; experience in a start-up environment strongly preferred β€’ A strong sense of urgency and ownership over outcomes β€’ A proven track record of success in process management and a displayed technical aptitude β€’ Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize, delegate, multi-task and execute β€’ Superior communications skills (presentation, written, & verbal) in order to communicate effectively across levels and organizations β€’ Ability to travel up to 25% β€’ Ability to navigate complex and emotional situations in a professional manner β€’ The ideal candidate will have experience working with agribusiness or similar industries and is located in the Pacific or Mountain time zones.
