Description

•Sestek is seeking a Solution Implementation Consultant to enhance customer experiences. •Providing solution design for various Knovvu applications and platforms. •Conducting business and technical training, managing client and engineering team communications. •Leading customer program teams through implementations and analyzing client demands.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering field is preferred. •Proficiency in English is required; Spanish is a plus. •Experience of at least 2 years working as a part of delivery process or in another client-facing position in a software company. •Experience with call centers or customer service, especially in the hospitality, banking, telecom, healthcare or insurance industries is a plus. •Experience with Speech Analytics, Conversational AI, and Virtual Agent platforms is a plus. •Knowledge of Large Language Model (LLM) technology. •Proficient in MS Office applications, data analysis, SQL, and API integration methods. •Familiarity with Power BI and/or Tableau for data visualization, and diagramming tools like Visio or Draw.io. •Strong customer orientation, communication, and analytical skills. •Coding skills in C# is a plus.
