Description

• The Implementation Manager leads implementation projects and experiences for Forj clients. • Serving as a primary point of contact during the post-sales implementation phase. • Guide new and existing clients through product setup and initial configuration. • Organizing implementations as structured experiences including timelines, milestones, and deliverable tracking. • Partnering with colleagues in Sales, Client Success, Training, Solutions, and Support. • Managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously. • Developing templates and playbooks. • Fostering constructive activities with clients. • Documenting information, decisions, and activities related to each client implementation. • Develop KPIs and track progress related to implementation timelines and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in roles with responsibility for client SaaS implementations. • Experience in defining, organizing, and managing software implementation projects in a SaaS environment. • Excellent relationship management, collaboration, communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and influencing skills. • A high sense of ownership, demonstrating self-motivation and accountability for achieving client satisfaction expectations. • Experience with various project management tools and standards, including Gantt charts, project plans, timelines, and task management software. • Ability to understand technical issues and navigate with internal resources to solve. • Strong organizational skills to navigate simultaneous priorities. • A desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Bonus Points for the following: • Experience managing system migrations. • Experiences working with or around the association industry and related technology solutions.
