📋 Description
• Cover Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets for run and outdoor specialty channels. • Maintain current account relationships and develop new accounts. • Order procurement through traditional and virtual processes. • Manage wholesale product flow to maximize sales revenue. • Work alongside Field Service Representative in building annual education programs.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in field sales, product, marketing, or retail. • Proven ability to execute winning sales strategies and drive results. • Demonstrated results in executing multiple projects and integrated plans on a seasonal basis. • Quantified results in exceeding targeted results and expectations. • Excellent process and organizational management skills. • Excellent presentation skills, virtual and in person. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, Outlook. • Demonstrated team player. • Proven ability to build and maintain business critical relationships/partnerships. • Ability to travel 60%.
