Description
• Assist in supporting clients' Financial Reporting and Compliance Manager • Deliver high-quality bookkeeping services to clients • Monitor accounts payable and receivable inboxes • Process invoices and cash payments accurately • Respond to level 1 service desk tickets • Prepare daily cash reports and manage trust accounting
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar role • Experience with financial systems, specifically bookkeeping or accounting software like Xero or Quickbooks • Proficient in Microsoft tools, especially Microsoft Excel • Commitment to personalised client service and delivery • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines • Ability to work cooperatively within the team
