• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns • Coordinate social media content, scheduling, and monitoring • Maintain marketing databases, including customer contact lists and lead information • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, tracking budgets, and preparing reports • Help create and distribute marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.) • Collaborate with the team on event planning and promotion • Assist in tracking campaign performance and analytics • Handle external communications, including email marketing and newsletters • Conduct market research and compile findings for team use • Assist recruitment team in coordination and admin
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and HubSpot Marketing tools • Strong knowledge of email marketing strategies and best practices • Experience with Canva or other graphic design tools for creating marketing visuals • Proven experience managing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) and creating social media content • Strong analytical skills for interpreting marketing data and performance metrics • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to multitask and priorities workload • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, content marketing) is a plus
