Description

• Alaska Northstar Federal is seeking a Project Manager for a fully remote opportunity • Responsible for planning, directing, controlling, organizing, and coordinating personnel work activities • Implementing quality assurance programs for services and products • Evaluating computer systems for technical feasibility, costs, and adequacy • Briefing senior management on project milestones, baselines, and costs • Managing work activity in Agile SDLC framework with two- to three-week sprints

Requirements

• Candidate must be US Citizen • Candidate must have an active DoD Secret Clearance at minimum • 10+ years experience managing projects of progressively more complex system/software development • Experience managing and facilitating system governance processes • Expertise in coordinating governance board meetings and documenting outcomes • Proficiency in conducting TIMs and managing migration task lifecycles • Expertise in scoping, work breakdown, and cost estimation for new system capabilities • Experience facilitating process retrospectives and driving continuous improvement • Experience with role-based learning paths and coaching for Agile SDLC processes • Skills in designing learning paths and best practices for team collaboration
