Description

• SpecterOps is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a single client with multiple security consulting and internal corporate projects concurrently through initiation, tracking and completion. • A successful candidate will have excellent business acumen and be passionate about working in a fast-growing company, helping to build great delivery capabilities. • In addition, they will be a well-organized, self-directed individual with familiarity working for a service-based organization. • Experience working in the cyber security industry a plus, but not required. • We're looking for candidates who share our passion and want to help us build world-class delivery and development teams. • This position will include management of customer security engagements and internal company efforts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Coordination / Management experience in a consulting environment • Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy • Demonstrated skills in multitasking, time management & organization to effectively engage and contribute to multiple, simultaneous projects • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience managing and analyzing metrics and financials in a consulting or technical environment • Strong technical skills, including the ability to follow provided information security protocols • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation. • Desire to embody our core values of passionate curiosity, consistent improvement, empathy, sustainability, humility, and empowerment through transparency
