• Ollie was born with the mission of improving the lives of pets and pet parents nationwide. • We make human-grade pet food, tailored for each dog’s nutritional needs, and deliver directly to our customers’ doors. • As a member of our growing team, you’ll take part in a company culture that cares deeply about its work and its team members. • We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead critical projects that enhance and scale our supply chain, fulfillment and warehouse operations. • This role will report to the Chief of Staff and is based remotely in the U.S.- East Coast preferred.

Requirements

• You have 4+ years of experience of highly successful project definition and delivery, in fulfillment, logistics and supply chain, ideally in the food or retail industry. • You have a successful track record of project delivery in ERP, Warehouse Management Systems and/or Transit management systems. Experience with Netsuite is a major plus. • You have a Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a bonus. • You have excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. • You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • You communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • You are proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira). • You have strong communication, project leadership and team management skills. • You are a dog person!
