• Play a pivotal role in driving growth and sustainability of partnerships while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. • Develop innovative strategies to establish new partnerships and enhance existing relationships. • Collaborate with various departments including field operations, training, business development, implementation, finance, and marketing. • Lead the Health System Experience team dedicated to achieving organizational goals and delivering value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; Master's degree preferred. • 10+ years of commercial sales experience in the healthcare industry with a proven track record of success in developing and managing strategic partnerships within a B2B environment. • Extensive experience in designing and implementing renewal models or subscription-based services. • Strong understanding of customer experience principles/methodologies and experience with Strategic Account Management strategies and approach. • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and collaborate with other business functions. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and market trends to drive informed decisions. • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and ROI. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Prior experience in a senior leadership role preferred.
