Description

• Responsible for shaping and executing the strategic direction of our insurance products. • This role combines leadership in product strategy with a deep understanding to create compelling, customer-centric solutions. • Accountable for driving product innovation, overseeing the design process, and ensuring alignment with our company vision and goals. • Oversee product strategy, innovation, portfolio management and the development of necessary implementation roadmaps, across Government Markets, ACA/individual, and Commercial markets. • Balancing profitability, enrollment and customer satisfaction commitments, partner with Strategic Business Unit (SBU) leaders and Finance to ensure that products meet the evolving needs of a highly regulated and competitive marketplace. • Responsible for the successful implementation of new, innovative products in addition to enabling digital experience capabilities that align to the innovative product offerings. • Collaborate to create new capabilities, enhancing existing solutions and coordinating with other Product Management, Global Innovation team and other cross functional groups across the organization to develop and maintain an integrated, end-to-end product capabilities roadmap. • Ensure designs are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standards. • Lead the overall strategy and alignment with senior leaders to create the multi-year vision, investment planning, and roadmap of process and technology solutions, and capabilities that are necessary to effectively deliver our products to customers and clients. • For each market segment, ensure the strategy clearly articulates differentiated value proposition and approach to driving greater customer value relative to competitors and serve as the starting point for the development of a robust portfolio long term product offerings. • Actively analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. • Communicate product strategies, roadmaps, and progress to executive leadership and other key stakeholders. Ensure alignment and support across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience • 10+ years of experience with clear progression to senior leadership/ management roles, leading a motivating cross-functional interdisciplinary teams to achieve strategic goals • 10+ years’ experience in product strategy and design, with deep breadth and depth of business knowledge across relevant functions (product, marketing, digital experience, operations, etc.) in eyecare or similarly product industry • Demonstrated strong comprehensive management, leadership and executive skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex concepts clearly and effectively to various stakeholders • Prior experience analyzing and applying a broad organizational and business perspective to identify and maintain focus on key drivers of organizational performance to maintain product viability and market share • Strong understanding of market trends/needs, business requirements and balance them successfully • Ability to lead, mentor and develop a talented team of high-performing individuals in a fast-paced environment directly and successfully • Demonstrated analytic and strategic problem-solving skills
