Description

• Reporting directly to our Head of Sales DACH • Grow Shift’s new business revenue in the DACH region • Execute field-facing activities with Insurance lines of business • Foster internal collaboration across the organization

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in quota bearing software sales roles • Knowledge of the Insurance industry within the DACH market • Extensive background in negotiations and deal strategy • High ability to read the room, anticipate contingencies and execute accordingly • Strong drive for results with a high standard of quality • A growth mindset and an inquisitive learner • Highly adaptable, ability to work & collaborate in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to go the extra mile • Perfect fluency in German (speaking and writing) • Professional working proficiency in English
