β€’ Outbound Account Executive - Health-Tech SaaS (California Territory) β€’ Company: ShiftCare β€’ Location: California, USA (Remote) β€’ About ShiftCare: ShiftCare, a leading Australian health-tech SaaS provider, is on a mission to revolutionize home healthcare solutions. β€’ Join us in shaping the future of health-tech and making a meaningful impact on the lives of others. β€’ Position Overview: As the Outbound Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of our US expansion. β€’ You'll play a pivotal role in qualifying and presenting the ShiftCare value proposition to potential customers identified through outbound activities. β€’ Responsibilities: Develop and implement outbound sales strategies for lead generation and new business growth. β€’ Identify and prospect potential customers through email, phone, and social media channels. β€’ Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and present the value proposition of our solutions. β€’ Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging and campaign strategies. β€’ Work with the sales team to develop and execute proposals and presentations. β€’ Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. β€’ Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. β€’ 2+ years of outbound business development or sales experience in SaaS. β€’ Experience in the home healthcare industry is highly desirable. β€’ Proven success in generating leads and closing deals in a SaaS environment. β€’ Experience in AMS, HR, HCM, Workforce Management, and Payroll domains would be advantageous. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Strong organizational and time management skills. β€’ Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. β€’ Proficiency in HubSpot.
