β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. β’ 2+ years of outbound business development or sales experience in SaaS. β’ Experience in the home healthcare industry is highly desirable. β’ Proven success in generating leads and closing deals in a SaaS environment. β’ Experience in AMS, HR, HCM, Workforce Management, and Payroll domains would be advantageous. β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β’ Strong organizational and time management skills. β’ Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. β’ Proficiency in HubSpot.
