Description
• ShopMy is a platform used to integrate creator marketing effectively. • Seeking a Brand Operations Associate for the Brand Operations team. • Ensuring cohesive representation and functioning of the Brand Success team. • Onboarding, supporting, and retaining ShopMy’s brand partners.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required • 1-2 years of professional experience in a high-growth startup or SaaS company and/or experience in consulting or finance • Great investigative and problem solving skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Interest in maintaining and executing a high level of service to our brand partners • Keen ability to diagnose problems and present potential action-oriented solutions • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Efficient, self motivated, and collaborative • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Google suite; knowledge of SQL and Shopify and POS systems is a plus
