📋 Description
• Sell insurance policies to clients based on their needs • Follow up with leads and prospect contacts (provided by the company) • Educate customers on different coverage options • Build and maintain relationships to encourage renewals • Meet sales targets and contribute to team success
🎯 Requirements
• Sales Experience (preferred but not required) • Insurance Industry Experience (a plus, but not necessary) • Excellent communication & negotiation skills • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset • Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian (a plus, but not required)
