📋 Description

• Responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating sales training programs. • Ensure sales representatives are well-versed in Varian Interventional Solutions products, procedural knowledge, and compliance regulations. • Develop and execute training programs for new hires and existing sales representatives. • Design engaging training materials including presentations, e-learning modules, workshops, and simulations. • Conduct training sessions focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, regulatory, and clinical teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. • Assess training effectiveness through quizzes and performance metrics. • Gather feedback from sales teams and leadership to continuously improve training programs. • Partner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and training needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • 5+ years in medical device sales, sales training, or a related field. • Experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training program development, and LMS Management. • Proven track record of successfully training and developing sales professionals. • Strong presentation and facilitation skills. • Ability to translate complex medical and technical information into easy-to-understand concepts. • Proficiency in e-learning tools, CRM systems, and sales enablement platforms. • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills. • Ability to travel as needed for training sessions and field coaching.
