Requirements

• 5 or more years working within the Higher Education Industry as a Financial Aid Leader • 5 or more years of experience working with Ellucian Colleague Financial Aid module, demonstrating advanced user proficiency • Experience in a consulting capacity, focusing on enhancing business processes and creating efficiency • Demonstrated expertise using Colleague to improve and automate business processes within the Financial Aid office at a college or university • Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Colleague Financial Aid module • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and a proven customer service approach • Highly self-directed with solid problem-solving expertise • Experience developing reports in support of the various Financial Aid areas utilizing Colleague • Ability to communicate user requirements to the technical support team • The ability to travel up to 25%
