Description

• Building, managing and maintaining customer relationships within the SW region • Develop lasting relationships with current and potential customers in sales and purchasing opportunities • Sell equipment and solutions/services to new and existing customers • Identify purchasing opportunities for equipment • Collect potential customer leads from various sources • Qualify leads to determine viability for site visits • Make a competitive base salary plus an incentive on equipment sales and purchasing

Requirements

• 5 yrs. experience with food manufacturing equipment and processes • Technical minded, engineer’s mindset with the ability to use critical thinking • Strong customer service focus and background • Demonstrated negotiation and closing experience; preferably B2B environment • Previous success in selling; buying experience a plus • Ability to own the process from start to finish; highly organized and utilizes CRM proficiently (systems savvy) • A learner mentality - constantly absorbing information given • Self motivated and disciplined • College degree required, preferably in a technical discipline • Strong oral and written communication; represents the company in a professional manner • Ability to adapt in a fast changing environment - forward thinking
