Description
• Help design and implement Lender and/or Real Estate channels. • Drive sales through lender and/or realtor partnerships. • Build upon existing tactics for onboarding and retaining agent relationships. • Educate and engage with agents to drive adoption. • Filter and provide customer feedback to product team for improvement.
Requirements
• Experience on an industry sales team focusing on selling through Loan Officers and/or Real Estate Agents. • Experience selling through channel partners is a requirement • Minimum of 3 years in a Business Development Manager role • An innate sense of personal accountability and integrity. • A clear vision for building a process driven sales tactics. • An ability to motivate talent.
