Description

• Build strong customer relationships and deliver annual customer retention objectives • Renew and expand customer contracts, meeting quotas • Deliver training sessions and advise on best practices • Resolve customer issues and drive customer advocacy • Perform data-driven reviews and develop strategies for improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, four-year institution • At least 2-3 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success • Experience managing a portfolio of clients including high profile customers, preferably colleges and universities • Experience in a SaaS startup environment • Strong attention to details and ability to manage multiple priorities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
