Description
• Deliver a stellar end-user experience regarding access to and presentation of product and technical documentation. • Partner with the business to produce high-quality publications. • Responsible for the documentation roadmap including driving project plans in accordance with product release schedules. • Promote a standards-focused practice that implements optimized publication and technical solutions. • Document business and technical requirements to communicate system processes to stakeholders. • Organize all materials and documentation according to standards of clarity, style, accurate terminology and conciseness. • Develop a solid understanding of all processes and code important to the organization, as well as all clients and their lending products. • Standardize and make changes to materials prepared by others to enhance readability. • Support the organization in the development of systems analysis and documentation processes to include style guidelines for technical design structures, functional requirements and technical specifications. • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or computer science, technical communications/writing, or similar degree • Minimum of 1 year of documentation or technical writing experience • Experience with documentation tools, including: (MadCap Flare, Snagit, Jira, Robohelp, Adobe Framemaker) • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, tasks and coordinate various channels of communications at the same time • Innovative, solutions-oriented, and collaborative
